In order to greatly improve the LCD separating efficiency and freeze more LCD modules at the same time, our company launched a series of large volume ultra low temperature frozen separator freezers to the market. The ultra low temperature frozen separator freezers we developed are now being widely used in the LCD screen repair, reworking,refurbishment,recycling and other relevant industries.

Compared with the ultra low temperature separator machine we developed, the ultra low temperature separator freezers have many advantages,especially in the LCD freezing capacity, freezing quantity, freezing efficiency and other aspects.

The lowest temperature of the machine can reach up to -150℃ without using liquid Nitrogen as refrigerant. It can easily separate out glass,TP, back light, OCA, LOCA, bracket from damaged LCD module. 

机器的最低温度可达-150℃，而不用液氮作为制冷剂。它可以很容易地将玻璃、tp、背光、oca、loca、托架从损坏的液晶模块中分离出来。

No need to change the polarizer film. No components damage during the LCD module separating process. It is really a good helper for the LCD separation industry.

Operation Instructions:

1.) Before using, it will take the machine around 30～40 minutes to cool to the set working temperature.

2.) Place the LCD screen on the freezing plate.

2.) 把液晶屏放在冷冻板上。

3.) Freezing time from 30 seconds to 1 minute depends on different LCD screens.

3.) 冷冻时间从30秒到1分钟取决于不同类型的液晶屏幕。

4.) Take out LCD screen and separate it.

Tips: 提示

1. For serious crushed glass, please stick a tape on glass for safety and good for machine.

对于严重的碎玻璃，请用胶带贴在玻璃上，以保证安全，对机器也有好处。

2. Please make sure the operator wears glove sin case of danger.

请确保操作员戴上手套，以防止危险，

3. It is much easier to separate out the bracket and other components after freezing processing. Please pay attention to the back-light water inlet.

4. After separating the LCD screen, pay attention to the water treatment and temperature recovery.

液晶屏分离后，注意水的处理和温度的回收。

5. When separating the curved screen, the separation risk caused by the temperature difference between 2 sides of the curved surface LCD screen. Please pay more attention to this point.

分离曲面屏时，曲面LCD屏幕两侧温差引起的分离风险，请注意到这一点。

6. After LCD separation, please put the glue side upward to avoid sticking on the article surface after the temperature return to the normal.

液晶屏分离后，请将屏的胶水侧向上放置，以避免杂物粘在屏表面后，并让屏的表面温度恢复正常。
